Sigh, another reason to hang my head in shame as a wrestling fan.

That quote was in regards to the Tim White bit at the last PPV. My question is are there any moments that make you hang your head in shame for being a wrestling fan?

For me, it's the entire Women's locker room when they wrestle :o
As a wrestling fan I want to see wrestling.
As a total perv... uhhh... I mean red blooded dude, I want to see Christy Hemme bounce on her way to the ring and Melina with "The Greatest Entrance of Sports Entertainment, EVER!"
If I want TnA (and I'm not talking Jeff Jarrett) I'll get some porn.

When Trish, Molly and Victoria were running hot I never was shamed by the women, I used to really like watching and didnt mind others. It is almost back to that now when its not stupid TNA/Softcore porn crap.

Eugene makes me hang my head as half the people in my house see it as exploitation of someone elses problems while others think its good the "Poor boy" is getting ahead.

It wasnt so much Eugene (he annoyed me more than anything) it's more the reactions of people around me to him.

I hate it when they waste time with the woman in lingerie or bra and panties or swim suit contests. I'd much rather see the woman suplexing each other than stripping each other.

Other than that and the cheesy acting of a few guys and girls and a few select story/angles I'm fine. I can't think of any gimmicks I dislike or anything.

Sorry dude, dont watch ROH. I am a fan of the storyline side of wrestling just not the hugely over the top stuff.

The women's gimmick matches make me hang my head in shame.

Also, matches with two bad workers. Tomko/Masters comes to mind.

The Katie Vick angle and the way they gave Eddie a great tribute show only to try and capotalise on his death two weeks later.

Seeing useless 'talent' getting bigger pushes than other more deserving wrestlers.

Then again, the whole 'big guy' fetish makes me sick.

Are we talking actually ashamed, as in we would pretend we didn't watch it? Or are we talking pissed off that the writers gave us crap, and we watched it anyway?

B/c, when programming is bad, I don't feel like a sinner for watching it. I just feel like the writers were idiots, and move on.
