Looks like Dusty convinced Vinny Mac to pick up Sonny Siaki. Semi-interested to see what they'll do with him.

With the success of Fake Diesel and Fake Razor Ramon, they will bring him in as Fake Rock.

Siaki is a shell of his former self.

Wow, Sonny Siaki? Where does he fit in? This might be the quickest sign and release the WWE's ever had.

LOL... another reason not to watch WWE programming.

I love how the article says "WWE managed to sign". I'm sure it was very difficult for them to pull off such a signing.

Guardian Devil

Lol, very true.

12-30-2005, 04:58 PM
LMAO.

Fake Rock would be ratings tho. That's something he *might* actually be able to garner heat with.

Siaki had a good run in TNA until he got injured and i hope he does good in WWE

Shadow
12-30-2005, 05:43 PM
Oh good. Another boring person.

I know exactly where they'll put him. As the Hearthrobs bodyguard who wins all their matches for them.

McLegend
12-30-2005, 05:44 PM
The Hearthrobs are never going to win a match. Come on now

Siaki is a good talent if you ask me. I like that he has been picked up.

Ace in the Hole bitch!

oh God if they do Fake Rock I will have died and gone to heaven :D

They should call him "The Cock"

Rob
12-30-2005, 07:32 PM
That's too good of a name for him.

Kane Knight
12-30-2005, 07:45 PM
I feel disappointed. When people said star, I assumed someone of import or at least interest

The Naitch
12-30-2005, 07:49 PM
seriously, if he comes in as some Rock wannabe character it will be so ridiculous it will actually be entertaining. They can go the Boogeyman route with him. He'll be a joke, but I'm sure people will tune in just to see him.

PullMyFinger
12-30-2005, 08:05 PM
LMAO, yeah it would be hilarious for them to play the Rock's theme...have everyone go nuts..then Siaki comes out. HAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA I would seriously cry of laughter.

The Naitch
12-30-2005, 08:07 PM
that would be classic

Loose Cannon
12-30-2005, 08:08 PM
Do You Smell What The Siak is cooking?

The Naitch
12-30-2005, 08:08 PM
IF YA SMELLLLLLLL

*Fans go nuts*

Joey Styles: THE ROCK! THE ROCK! THE ROCK IS BACK!!!!!

*Out comes Sonny Siaki*

Coach: What the hell?

The Naitch
12-30-2005, 08:08 PM
They shouldn't call him Sonny Siaki though

Cool King
12-30-2005, 08:10 PM
Siaki will have a warm welcome at Velocity. Plus he'll have a good view of the ceiling of the arenas.

Loose Cannon
12-30-2005, 08:11 PM
yea, just like Paul "C4" Burchill

The Naitch
12-30-2005, 08:13 PM
I wonder if he's ever talked to The Rock before. Like I wonder if Rock would approve of Siaki playing a Fake Rock. Unless his opinion doesn't matter in WWE right now

LK
12-30-2005, 08:27 PM
Maybe they could rehire Akio and re-create the Flying Elvis'.

The Naitch
12-30-2005, 08:31 PM
fucking gay. Fake Rock is the only way to go

LK
12-30-2005, 08:41 PM
Balls to Fake Rock, Flying Elvis' are the future. I've seen it. Get the Hoot-n-Toot to be Fake Rock.

Y3J
12-30-2005, 08:46 PM
Fake Rock = Focky chants

FOCKY FOCKY FOCKY FOCKY!!!!

Yeah, the theme swerve hasn't been done to death yet.

Mr. Nerfect

Seriously, all things considered, having him come out as "The Rock" is the only way to go.

How awesome would it be for him to come out to The Rock's music, cut promos like The Rock, and actually compete under The Rock's name. I'm sure, in good humour, I'm sure Dwayne Johnson would have no problem with it. It could actually get Siaki over as well.

Hell, let him keep The Rock's accomplishments as well. Have him listed as a seven-time WWE Champion, 2000 Royal Rumble Winner, etc. That might be taking it too far, seeing as it will be obvious he's not The Rock, but it would be awesome to see, and it might get people to check him out, and if he does well at it, get people to stick around.

The Naitch
12-30-2005, 09:02 PM
no way they're gonna call him The Rock

They should call him Cocky Siaki or something

Yeah but the problem with all this Fake Rock stuff is that they would actually have to push Siaki and to quote a certain Puerto Rican "Dat's not cool"

The Naitch
12-30-2005, 09:11 PM
who cares? At the end of the day, if it's entertaining that's all that matter to me

St. Jimmy
12-30-2005, 09:12 PM
wow. the word star is used so loose these days.
jesus christ.

someone tell me why Samoa Joe isn't in a WWE contract yet.

wait... they don't have a ramp of heelish impact...

The Naitch
12-30-2005, 09:12 PM
besides, it's not like he'll get a serious push, more of a sympathy gonna milk this shit for a few months push. Once it gets old, they'll release him, and his 15 minutes of fame will be up

Kane Knight
12-30-2005, 09:30 PM
Worst idea ever.

Worse than Angle shitting on the troops?

Rob
12-30-2005, 09:33 PM
Unless Angle actually pulled down his pants and did it... yes.

Kane Knight
12-30-2005, 09:34 PM

It will probably be on Raw next week now.

Siaki 2 years ago was a good performer but now after his injury he is not quite the same.

Lock Jaw

Man, I make one comment in jest and I got all that.

Enjay

Siaki is the man. I don't get what everyone is saying about his injury screwing up his ability. TNA made him a jobber, and put him in squash matches, eliminating the need for putting on a good match.
