I like to see the main event and the Diaz Vs. Riggs match up.
Just a comment? Why did they match Frank Mir to a guy with a 1 fight record? who is Marcio Cruz anyway?

Cruz has the backround, his first match he tapped his opponent about a minute, he's won multiple world championships in jiu-Jitsu, and pancration events. He's got the ability to be a force. Overall i like the card a lot, should be a solid show.

I'm excited to see most of the fights on the card. I'm really interested to see how the Diaz/Riggs match will go. IMO both guys really need an impressive win.

I see so that's why they signed Cruz in UFC cuz of his jiu-jitsu records? Some fighters in UFC have MMA records before they were signed - IMO. Yeah I like the card too.. I'm just curious about this new guy Cruz.

It would be funny as hell if Whitehead quit like he did in the reality show. Dana would jump the fence and chase him down probably. Diaz/Riggs should be ok neither a slouch, neither top main eventers.

Diaz and Riggs....Riggs used to fight at 300 lbs. Diaz knocked out Robbie Lawler, TKo'ed Drew Fickett and then Knocked out some dude from Pancrase, he's got some good stand up. Riggs will punish him on the ground though...Even Diaz's ground game can't overcome Riggs' brute ground and pound strength.

I want to see Mike Whitehead freeze up agaon in the octagon, that would be the best.

Ok this event is on this Sat. 02-04. Im here in vegas. I got my tickets from my boss (It's just a small reward) anyway I saw the betting board seems like Chuck is the favorite. I like randy to win but I wouldnt bet on it. :rofl: :rofl:

I wouldn't bet on this fight at all. I picked Chuck in the last fight and he won, but I'm leaning a bit more towards Randy in this fight. Honestly I think you could put these guys in the cage 10 times against each other and each would win 5.

Well both are equal, Im just impressed with Couture cuz even though he's old he can be matched up with younger fighters and still he can win. Liddell has the whole time to shine.

Thought the PPV rocked, except The Cruz/Mir match. I wanted Mir to win very bad. He is one of my favorite heavyweights of all time. As soon as I saw the cut on his eyebrow I already knew it was over. Just to much blood in the eyes, cant do anything when that happens.

Main event was decent, just predictable. I didnt think Couture was going to win, but a large part of me wanted him too. Liddell is a beast, I dont see him dropping the belt very soon. He is going to murder babaloo again, just like he did the first time.

Diaz/Riggs match was pretty intense. I wanted a knockout from someone, and it looked like it was going to happen, but then just never did.

Favorite knockout - Brandon Vera's kick to the head was fucking cool. Kick knockouts are just brutal. Main event knockout is 2nd. I didnt give it first because going into it I kinda already knew it was going to happen. The kick knockout just suprised me.

Favorite Submit - Have to go with Monson here, havent seen the reverse guillotine used in a while. Did you see Hinkle's look in his eyes after he woke up? He didnt even look like he knew where he was lol. Babaloo's rear-naked choke was decent. Did it seem like he just mopped up Arsdale to anyone else? Babaloo took his back very easily considering Arsdale is a world class wrestler. Me thinks Arsdale is going to the way of Couture soon, he is 40 years old after all.

I had a great time watching it, but I was pretty smashed by the end of it. I was pretty disappointed in the Riggs/Diaz fight. I'm not a big fan of Riggs, so I was hoping to see Diaz get the win. I can't believe one of the judges scored the fight 30-27. Diaz dominated the first round.

Its kinda sad to see Couture retire, but it really is the right time.

The Monson submission was badass too.. That dude is a f'n pittbull..

I felt bad for Couture but he has had a great career.. Just wish he could have won his final fight..
