Does the hurricanrona (yes i know I can't spell) actually work? I know the other guy needs to stand still for it to be done and probably has to jump as well, but does the move actually make the other guy flip? My guess would be no but I"m really not sure.

Dunno. If you managed to get a good leg grip around the persons neck and you rolled properly, then gravity will probably sort everything else out.

it is focused on the neck and spinal area hence it's gotta hurt

It depends on how fast you are going before you do it, I think that is the only way it would create enuff force to actually take someone over, but it wouldn't hurt unless you land on your head.
No it doesn't work.
My younger brother tried it on me a few times and he just ends up hanging upside-down with his legs wrapped around my head.

no way. The other guy has to do a flip.

In theory, if you could get enough downward force, and drive your shoulders into their shins, yes, it could work. Even without the shins, if you could get enough momentum, it COULD work, but more likely than not, the guy would just fall forward.

I figured as much but everytime somebody does the move the other guy flips even if not in time with it. Thus, since everytime there is flip I was kinda thinking momentum could carry itself even after the guy doing the move does it.
There's also the fact that the guy taking it has to (I think) hold on to the guy doing it in the Powerbomb position. Otherwise it would be really hard to balance.

If the other guy gets strong on you, you've just killed yourself.

It works if the guy is like going for a powerbomb

It doesn't work. Anyone who's played a contact sport will know that the actor of the move will most likely fall straight on his head/neck should the victim not play along. Further more, if the actor was trying to jump hard into the move to increase his momentum and swing it's almost certain the victim would fall flat on his ass.

On the bright side, if you get up enough momemntum, you MIGHT give him whiplash...;)

Or if you just spun your legs you could break his neck

If you didnt try and run and do it, you could pull it off standing MAYBE. Like jump and if you have the athletic ablity get your legs up b4 gravity takes over (wrestles have this ablity, you how ever may not) you can grip them and then let gravit just take them over. size however is a HUGE factor for the performer if the other person is helping tho
