When Rey Mysterio beat Kevin Nash in WCW, that was a shocker.

Rey-Rey winning the Rumble could be considered an "upset" as well.

He never really beat anyone. He just ran in a pinned Bischoff while Jarrett was pinning DDP (ref didn't count for JJ's pin) and his title defense was in the Ready to Rumble triple cage match and that was a horrible swerve/heel turn to get the belt on Jarrett.

Yeah that win came after Dreamer couldnt beat Raven for like two years. Big Shock.

Even Eddie going over Brock in his first ever title match was a shock. Most wrestling companies like to give people who they view as maineventers a few title shots before they win the big one and at that stage wwe mostily did that as well (Remember this came before Cena, RKO, and JBL won the title)

When gorrilla monsoon ordered that the Ironman match at Wrestlemania 12 (Bret vs Shawn) go on after a tie at 0-0. I still thought wrestling was real at the time and i didnt see micheals winning it.

So in effect, the Arquette title change didn't count?

So in effect, the Arquette title change didn't count?

Unfortuanetly it did. Although Arquette didn't pin the holder, the stipulation of the tag team was that whoever made the decisive pin (on either member of the opposing team regardless of if they were champ or not) would be crowned winner and new champ.

There will NEVER be a fued like that again. They would fued for 3 months, on to other things for awhile, fued again for 4 months, on to something else, back to the fued for 2 more months, and so on and on. It really was amazing. The fact that the heel won (by one way or another) every match for almost two and a half years..... greatest fued ever.
