Actually, this is more of a question than a comment.
What are the referees telling the wrestlers during the match? You will see them go right to them and say something, especially when both are on the ground or are in a choke hold.
Are the referees telling them how much time is left, or who is doing what move next, or what? Also, do the referees have any other in ring responsibility other than counting?

I think some say how much time is left, after a bump some check to see if the person is alright.
I don't really know, just made that up.

.....
There are no words.
They ask them if they can continue, if they want to quit, and to cut retarded shit out.

I'd like to see the refs have some personality. They are all generic. Do they even need more than one person to ref? I'd like to see maybe one ref who's not a pussy who doesn't get knocked out at every contact. One ref could have painfully slow counts, one could have really fast counts. You could have wrestlers all having different favourite refs. I dunno, just something unique to spice up the refs.

Why do something to "spice up" the refs?
We would start to get face and heel refs which normally doesn't work out. It would also make ref bumps harder to come by since faces would want to stay with faces, heels stay with heels, and all that crap. Next week we'll have Earl "The Pearl" Hebner cut a promo about how he'll count three on Chris Masters so fast it'll make his head spin.
No, not a good idea. Keep the refs bland, except the special guest refs.

If there is a green wrestler in the match and he is required to bleed some of them who dont have exp in bleeding let the ref do it for them. So in some cases they may be discussing when the ref can cut them

I think its a good idea to have stronger refs because once the ref gets knocked down u know 75 percent of the time the heel will win.
its either OMG THE REFS DOWN and now his tag partners getting involved!
Or OMG THE REFS DOWN and now hes got the pin but theres no ref but now the heels got the pin and suddenly the refs up!
Or OMG THE REFS DOWN hes got a weapon!
maybe mark henry should quit and become a ref even tho he wont be able to slide and pin like they do :)

I'm not talking about face or heel refs. I dont' even want to see refs on the stick. But a ref not getting knocked out by a fart would be nice. A ref who does get pushed around and another one that doesn't would be cool. I dunno, I just think the refs come across more retarded than Eugene.

This would make a good subject for Scenes from a Hat, especially since a couple of people have already given some "answers."
