Mike Johnson over at PWInsider.com mentioned in one of his newest audio updates that that former WCW ring announcer David Penzer may be replacing Borash as the full time ring announcer as soon as Sundays PPV. He said if it does happen Borash will take over Douglas's job as the backstage interviewer.

I guess this is good because Borash can do backstage, and Douglas can be a heel commentator alongside Tenay. Don West sucks too much lol

LOL, I read "WCW Ring Announcer" and immediately thought of Michael Buffer.

I liked Penzer. It's weird, though. I didn't like Borash at first, but now I've gotten so used to "This! Is Jeff! Jaaaaaaaaaarreeeeeeeeett!"

The only thing this would benefit would be the announce team. As I've stated before, I hate Don West. The Franchise would make a great heel announcer. Perhaps then, they could hire former WCW announcers Tony Schiavone and Michael Buffer, officially making TNA WCW part 2.

TNA did bring in Tony. Only, he had a goatee, wore hawaiian shirts, and was a heel.

Penzer would be a good announcer if the damn commentators don't TALK OVER HIM LIKE THEY DID IN WCW :wtf:
