Yep Cobra was the Fake NWO Sting. I remember when he first came out and attacked Luger the week before War Games and the emotions and anger of the annoucers.

Jeff Farmer recently retired. He was the Ultimate Championship Wrestling Heavyweight Champion when he retired, and now the belt has been vacated, to be decided in a fourway match at the Bay County Community Center, Saturday March 11.
Not that I'm plugging my job or anything.
