Every time a program freezes that Microsoft Error Report screen comes up. Do they really do anything or is it just a waste of time?
If it's because of their coding they might take a look at it for a hotfix, but only if numerous people get the error. Most of the time it's because of the company who made the program.

I get it everytime that I go to wwe.com with Internet Explorer, and the program just stops responding.

It just goes in a huge database at Microshit. They probably never have a person look directly at the report (since it is just a big dump of the crashing process's memory space). A computer program probably scans all of the error reports they get and looks for patterns. If they see a really common pattern, they might investigate further.
But overall, I doubt that the error reports have bettered Windows very much.
