Can someone tell me how the Natural Disasters turned face? I know Jimmy Hart dumped them for Money Inc but what exactly happened?

I can't remember an angle to be honest. I think they made up something about Jimmy Hart putting together IRS and DiBiase as a new team instead of using ND for a title shot he got from the Road Warriors.
