The Coach is hosting a NCAA Tournament talk show called "Tourney Talk" on the satallite tv station called CSTV. It is on Dish Network channel 152 right now. It's a call-in show, too.

I think what they are trying to say is that nobody cares about the Coach. Also, he's not even a coach.
