Any sports related game. Any system.
I can't get enough of NFL Blitz. I went to Gamestop and picked up NFL Blitz 20-03 and I can't believe how much fun I have with it. I used to love playing tournaments during class in high school. Blitz: The League is even a pretty good game. Besides having to pay a buck in the arcade for a full game, it is exactly the type of sports game I go for. Most of my friends love NCAA or Madden, but I get so bogged down with everything in those. I mean it is more realistic yes, but controlling 11 players at once can be daunting in a game.
NFL Street would hit a close second for me. Only because it stole some of Blitz's ideas and none of my friends will play it with me.

I thought the NFL 2K series was better then Madden IMO. Especially the latest one. You had great graphics, stellar commentary, and even halftime and end of game highlights! And in the latest one, you had an interview with the star of the game at the end of the game which was pretty cool.

Didn't they gay up the recent Blitz games? I remember reading something about it.. they made it feel less arcade-like and too realistic because the NFL complained.

Blitz: The League has nothing to do with the NFL, and they made it more "realistic"
So yeah, guys taking steroids, having sex with cheerleaders, etc.
But it actually has a running game...and when you break people's bones it is pretty cool
