View Full Version : Why isn't Mark Henry sucking?

By no means is he doing even above average... but he isn't wasting my life anymore. I am so confused. My entire wrestling knowledge was based around 3 simple wrestling facts; Flair is God, Warrior makes homeless drunks who scream about the end of the world look like Princeton Professors, and Mark Henry simply sucks. And now his promos for the past two weeks havn't been down at his normal level of shit, his performence in the ring is actual improved to simply sub-par, and I am almost interested to see what they do with him next.

Someone help! Why is this happening?

I'm confused too. That unintentional frog splash through Angle and the table last week was awesome. And Henry has actually been pushed CORRECTLY this time. Plus he's shown occassional flashes of neatness (i.e. when Rey pinned him, then he rolled back, stood up, and front slammed Rey).

So yeah... this is creepy. I mean, Viscera used to suck, then he got a great gimmick. And now Henry is getting bearable? Geez, next thing you know, Hardcore Holly will be putting on wrestling clinics and carrying the SD roster.

He'll improve just enough for them to sign him to another 10 year contract, then he'll start sucking again and get injured another 6 or 7 times.

The problem now for the wwe though, that any momentum that mark henry has got as a heel is going to be stopped dead in it's tracks when he loses to taker. I am in no way suggesting he deserves to beat the undertaker, i just think the whole casket thing is going to be a mistake. It kills his heat dead. a better scernario would have been for taker to win by dq. like he did at 9 when they attempted to keep the giant gonzalez going as a threat to taker without ending the feud

I think Mark Henry is really hated and is one of the most hated heel of all times.

I think Mark Henry is really hated and is one of the most hated heel of all times. That would only be true if "all time" consited of the past two weeks of course.

I also like how they have him not fear the undertaker.

I don't know, I just have a feeling that WWE want to make a huge impact with this new giant they have coming in, they guy is what? 7'4", and we know just how much Vince will love that, he will want to push him to the moon.

Although I am sure Taker would have a few problems, I could maybe, just maybe, see this Giant costing Undertaker his first loss at Mania, This would keep Henry's heat and keep with what WWE usually does in these situations, that is, setting up the usual Undertaker feud with a monster that he can't lift for anything, never mind produce a good match with (and we dsaw with Angle that he can still be interesting).

The only other alternative is WWE going there other track, having Undertaker have a "shocked" look on his face that it was SO difficult for him, kidding themselves into thinking that keeps heat alive, remember how shocked Undertaker loked after Heidenreich? And how well that worked for him?

Otherwise they will squash and fire....wasting a spot on what is meant to be the biggest night of their calender year.
