WWE just announced through their new phone text service that the opening bout on tonight's Saturday Night's Main Event will be the Raw vs. Smackdown main-eventers match.

What the hell is up with that? Doesn't WWE realize if you have the match that everyone wants to see on first, then they wont want to watch the rest of the show????

So what's the Main Event, Booker T v.s. Boogeyman???

It will probably be Shawn Michaels V.S. Shane McMahon, which will be good, but I'm not sure I want to sit through a load of crap matches to get to it. (I'm from UK, it starts at 1.am).

This match should really be last...

Well I'm interested in the Women's tag match because the night has finally come where Mickey James officially turns heel. The Austin/JBL beer drinking contest will probally be a semi main event because it's Austin's return to wwe tv.

To be honest I'm not that interested in the Raw vs Smackdown main event unless there were surprise run-ins like Batista for example.

Will they be using Unlimited for the show tonight?

I was already spoiled by reading the results for the first match. I didn't realize that they're on a one hour tape delay.

Apparently JR, King and Tazz are commentating.

Just checked WWE.com and yeah, they're doing Unlimited.

that's a pretty dumb match to start off with.. unless they're going somewhere with it (i.e. Mark Henry ends the show in the ring calling Taker out, Taker comes out, makes the ring collapse, lightning hits the ring, it burns up, Mark Henry is cremated).

I was hoping they'd start things off with Gregory Helms vs. Paul London for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Sure, Helms is injured, but they could still pull off a damn fine match.

Oh yeah, actually advertising the amazing abilities of your Cruiserweight Division is prohibited by the WWE.

I have to say, although the handicapped match SHOULD have gone on last, it was a very good move to bring in ratings.
