Of the ones you gave, WrestleMania X8 was the best IMO. However, my favorite WrestleMania of all time is WrestleMania X-Seven (It had it all).

The only problem with X8 was the horrible booking. The last 3 matches were (in this order):

Rock vs. Hogan
Jazz vs. Lita vs. Trish
(Main Event) Triple H vs. Jericho
Arashi Kage

People were walking out on the Triple H - Jericho match, because almost everyone was there for Rock vs Hogan, and after that no one cared.
