So John Cena loses...most of us have been working off this assumption for some time. And these commercials change all the time...though this is one more sign of proof that Hunter walks out with the title.

I really don't think Triple H walking out of WrestleMania 22 as WWE Champion is the way to go. I really, really don't. We've seen Chris Benoit beat Triple H, Batista beat Triple H, now Cena gets a chance and he loses? Doesn't look too good on Cena's resume.

Cena is also undefeated at WrestleMania. Sure he's only 2-0, but the guy isn't even 30 yet. Most people seem to think Cena is better as a heel than a face, and there is something to having a top heel go over constantly at WrestleMania. When someone defeats John Cena at WrestleMania, they can make it huge, almost like a title win. The WWE needs to look past this WrestleMania and they need to think about the direction of their company.

Don't get me wrong, Cena needs to drop the title, but I would have him do it on the RAW after WrestleMania. Have him lose to Shelton Benajmin, or someone, because Triple H costs him the match. Triple H & Cena can then work a program in the upper mid-card whilst some other guy gets a run as WWE Champion.

If people don't care about John Cena now, why would they after he lost to a man who has beaten before at the last two WrestleMania events?

God damn I hate the Undertaker...before him, no one, and I mean NO ONE gave a fuck about WrestleMania streaks. They don't matter. Steve Austin isn't undefeated, and hell The Rock has one of the worst Mania records of all time. Triple H certainly doesn't have a great record. Hulk Hogan isn't undefeated. The only reason Undertaker has that streak thing going is because after WrestleMania 17 they sat back and realised, "Oh shit, Mark hasn't been beaten in like 9-0...let's run with the ball". If they book anyone at WrestleMania off of their past Mania results, it a fucking joke. John Cena needs to drop the title. The two examples you gave also had Hunter walk in as the Champ, this time he is the challenger, and by the way, both Benoit and Batista were getting cheered, John Cena gets as many boos as he does cheers. Take the title off him and fuck his "2-0" record.

I can see what you're saying, WrestleMania records don't matter. Some of the greatest moments in men's careers have been loses at WrestleMania. Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania 13 is an example.

John Cena is a young guy, though, and people may not take him seriously if he loses to Triple H. And besides, does Triple H getting another run with the belt help anybody? He's just going to feud with Cena at Backlash, give Cena the DQ win, go on to Vengeance, lose a Hell in a Cell Match and Cena will be WWE Champion getting booed heading into Summerslam. I am against the whole John Cena/Triple H feud because it really leads nowhere, in my opinion. They need to put the Triple Threat Match on last and end on a good note.

Maybe they could have the Money in the Bank Ladder Match winner come out and beat Cena after he's beaten Triple H? They did a similiar thing to him at New Year's Revolution, but I have a feeling if they wait, it's going to turn out even more like the Edge scenario.

RVD wins the Ladder Match, cashes in his title shot after Cena has beaten Triple H, and RVD beats John Cena for the WWE Championship? Triple H getting the title back is not going to work long-term, in my opinion.

How are these spoilers? I mean if you wanted to, you could probably draw about 100 spoilers from this.

Cena could lose in a shady fashion so that he doesn't look weak in losing, ya know.

I'd have a double turn in the title match ,but have Cena win, maybe after blasting Trips w/ the belt.

Heels cheat, faces chase belts. In the end, the face should get the victory. It's a better formula to turn Cena and have him win, and have HHH fight for the rematch, then have Trips win and Cena get the rematch. If they turn Cena, and do it well, he could have at least another 2 months on his title reign, and be uber entertaining.

Now that I would enjoy watching. Out of every opinion bout the main event at WM, I agree with this the most. Just have Cena use the belt or a chair near the end of the match. It would be reminisent of X7 with Austin, except this time the fans would want Cena to be heel. I like it :y:

So Carlito or Masters is gonna turn on the other

It seems like it judging by what Masters says. Unless it was just some random line to make Backlash seem scary, or something.

Does anyone else get the feeling that Edge & Shawn Michaels' lines go together? Or Carlito & HBK, but that seems a bit rushed. I will destroy you...there is no tomorrow. Hmm. This promo probably has no baring or deep hidden meaning behind it, but assuming it did:

WWE Championship
Triple H vs. John Cena

Edge vs. Shawn Michaels

World Tag Team Championship
Kane & Big Show vs. The Spirit Squad (?)

Carlito vs. Chris Masters

Fatal Fourway Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship
Shelton Benjamin vs. Rob Van Dam vs. Ric Flair vs. Chavo Guerrero

I dunno, pulled random stuff out of my ass. Carlito talking about the future could refer to Carlito vs. Ric Flair, which means Masters could take on Rob Van Dam or Chavo Guerrero, leaving a one-on-one match between Shelton Benjamin & Chavo Guerrero or Shelton Benjamin & Rob Van Dam.

Just looking too far into this for fun.
