ya, and I noticed the actual number in my profile somwhere

I think you get thse green dots up by receiving 5 good comments about your posts or if you do 100 posts it goes up 1 but I really am not to sure (do you see the tick and cross box at the bottom of a post click that to approve/disapprove of a post)

Every time someone reps, you good your rep goes up. Everey time someone reps you bad, your rep goes down. When it hits a certain level (if you mouse over the dots you can see what level you are at) a new phrase appears.
