Can the wwe use the Dudleys, Sabu or Rhyno for the upcoming 1 night stand ?

Dudleyz and Rhyno - I don't think so.
Sabu - I don't think he has a contract with TNA so he might be able to appear.

Well Sabu's returning for Lockdown so I dunno.

Do TNA talent have a no-compete clause with the WWE or something? Or does TNA just tell them not to go? Because Kash was at ONS last year and Joey made a TNA comment, but I'm not sure if he was under contract with TNA or if he had just been/was going to be signed by the WWE.

ONS happend not too long after Kash had just been fired, or quit TNA.

He called Kash "Mister Total Nonstop Attitude".

From what I've heard, TNA are ok with their talent appearing, but would probably prefer if they didn't. The chance Vince would use them though would be tiny.

I don't know. I think if Vince had the choice between using Raven and not using Raven, he would probably use Raven. Not necessarily because he likes him, but the ECW faithful would love him long time.

But I'm not sure if TNA are really "ok" with their talent appearing. Remember the huff when Aries & Strong did an ROH show the same weekend as a TNA PPV?

Well that's different, it was the weekend of the PPV.

There must also be the fact that since they're in TNA, Vince wouldn't want to promote them.

Both true.

Could WWE use them? Yeah. Only like 4 wrestlers are currently signed to a contract where TNA can regulate who they do and do not work with. And while they could throw a hissy fit and bitch and moan and job them for a while, TNA isn't in a position to really piss off a lot of their top talents. The real question is, do they want to work with WWE? Raven will not appear on One Night Stand, simply because he does not like McMahon. He was even offered a deal last year to work at ONS and he didn't take it. I am not 100% sure but I am fairly sure Rhino isn't mad at WWE for his release. So he will likly work with them...and Sabu always needs someone to pay for his next hospital bill. The Dudleys on the other hand might not be so willing to work with them. My understanding is that they don't think very highly of WWE currently.

I would imagine that we'll see Rhino and possibly Jerry Lynn as the extent of the TNA talent involved. As I mentioned before, Vince would probably like to use Raven but won't.

No Raven
No Dudley Boyz
No Rhino
No Sabu
No Jerry Lynn
No Simon Diamond

TNA are "okay" with talent working elsewhere so long as it doesn't interfere in their programming. However comma, after the instance you referenced, if I were a TNA worker who had the chance, I'd fear reprisal.

Legally, they can do other dates. TNA would fuck themselves if they brought in a no-compete clause, because (Along with the light schedule), it's one of the major appeals to workers. However, there's nothing to stop them from lashing out at their workers. In this case, they lashed out at workers for honoring a contract they were fine with until there was a chance it would conflict.
