You really need to get out more. I'm going for that 80% that you have never heard of.

The Flaming Lips are delicious, and Kanye and RHCP are pretty good. Other than that, good job?

Why the fuck is Kayne doing Lollapalooza? That was like when Justin Timberlake was at the SARS fest in Toronto, completely out of place.

Not out of place at all. Lollapalooza is now a Chicago music fest. Kayne West is from Chicago. Fits 100%.
Snoop Dogg was on the bill when it was still a "traveling" fest.

Decent lineup. Doesn't beat the year I went though.

I'm from NY and i'm thinking about going. How can you pass up Wilco, Built to Spill, Sonic Youth, The Flaming Lips, RHCP, The Shins, Queens of the Stonage and Blues Traveler all on the same show? Good stuff right there gentlemen.

RHCP, Nickel Creek, and QotSA are the only bands I enjoy off the list.

I have to check these guys out. There is a big write-up in this months Maxim about them, saying they are the second coming of Black Sabbath & Led Zeppelin
I have heard of exactly 6 of those bands.
