Between the WWE Title and the World Heavyweight Title. I personally think the WHC match should be the main event.

Reasons:

1. Mysterio won the Royal Rumble and the Rumble winner always goes to the Main Event. (Unless that winner is a part of Smackdown, which means the 'main event' thing is foegotten :nono: )

2. The match WILL be better. As talented as Triple H is, he cannot get a five star match out of Cena. The triple threat has the three best wrestlers in the business and will be a better match.

3. The crowd will ruin (or make us laugh) the WWE title match. As shown by the press conference, the Chicago crowd will hate Cena and will boo him through the entire match, which is why this match should not be last, as the crowd will go home angry (if Cena retains)

That's how I feel.

What match do you think deserves the Main Event slot?

We've had at least one thread on this, but I think it's more.

Triple Threat none the less.

WWE.com currently has a poll up asking which match you want to see go on last. For those of you who say the Triple Threat, go cast your vote. It is currently in the lead, but by less than 1%. Go there and support SmackDown!/The World Heavyweight Title/Kurt Angle/Rey Mysterio/Randy Orton/The Main Event that won't get shit on by the crowd.

From a storyline point of view, the WWE Championship does make a lot of sense as the headliner.

Last year, Triple H & John Cena were both involved in WrestleMania main events. Last year, NONE of SmackDown!'s main event was in the main event position. Rey Mysterio opened the show, Kurt Angle & Randy Orton were both in interpromotional matches representing SmackDown!. Technically, Triple H vs. John Cena is more of the main event by posture.

The Royal Rumble excuse if void. 1) Because the Rumble Winner challenging the WWE Champion has not always been on last and 2) Rey Mysterio lost his Rumble shot at No Way Out and got re-added to the match, thus it could be argued that the Royal Rumble Winner's priorities are non-existent (assuming they existed in the first place).

I do think Angle/Orton/Mysterio should go on last, though, as it will probably be the better match, and the fans will more likely be pro-face and anti-heel in it, not the other way around. The World Heavyweight Championship could also use the headlining solidify it as a World Championship (the belt is not even four years old) and SmackDown! could use the attention.

Wow, I've never felt so... 'Wow, I don't give a fuck about a Wrestle Mania' since ever.

Honestly, I'd rather see the Smack Down! Triple Threat Match go last in the main event becasue it will be the better match of the two. But it will be prety retarded if Rey Mysterio does not win and take home the World Heavyweight Championship.

Remember the awkward silence the crowd had going at No Way Out when Rey lost... imagine that awkward silence closing out Wrestle Mania if Mysterio loses.
