Not really, Burchills is off the ground, and he's bigger. So it does seem better than the top rope version (not saying its more powerful though)

Be honest with yourself, the avergae fan is going to see that SC did it from the top rope and that'll make it look more "awesome" than the C-4.
You may be more impressed by the ground version (and I honestly am), but what do you think the average fan's gonna see?
