In the form of Armando Alejandro Estrella (http://powerwrestling.com/news/board.php?Show=1872), and we had a [half] Italian playing an Arab in Muhammad Hassan. All we need now is a Spanish guy playing an Italian and the circle will be complete.

State other times the WWE has pointlessly altered backstories just to achieve a certain storyline, even though such a change was really sort of stupid in the grand scheme of things...

They've done it many-a-time Keeping Chavo as a heely cruiserweight would have kept him on velocity, but at least he wouldnt have to look back and cringe when he thinks about 'Kerwin White', which ironically, kept him on Velocity.

Benoit and JEricho are shit examples.

Benoit wanted to be from Altanta, GA, because he LIVES there.

JEricho WAS born in Manhasset.

Yokozuna was a Samoan playing a Japanese.

On a related note, "rikishi" is also a Sumo term, like "yokozuna".
