John Cena is not affected by the poor crowd reactions in recent months. It is being reported that he is willing to continue with the current flow and WWE's plans. One source says that management is planning to turn Cena heel in the near future. A lot of people were surprised that the turn did not happen at WrestleMania 22.

With Triple H becoming more open than ever in his career with working as a face, do not be surprised to see Cena showing hints of a heel turn in the upcoming weeks on RAW. I've always thought Triple H would work as a face if he was suddenly replaced by someone. I'm thinking either Edge or John Cena. Just have one of them turn out to be the father of Stephanie's baby (storyline-wise), and then have Vince induct them into the family and give them all the top billings and easy title matches. Triple H gets pissed off after his political games suddenly mean nothing, crack sledgehammer shots to all that stand in his way.

Triple H has betrayed enough people to be alone in all this, setting him up as an Austin-like "DTA" posterboy. I don't know why, but I'd never put the title on him as a face. It would just make being the boss' pet seem so much more important if a former ten-time World Champ can't regain the belt once he's out of favour.

See...I technically don't want H to be a real face. Lately, with his angle with Cena, and even moreso now with Edge thrown in, I just like the way he acts. He's a great heel, but entertaining. It's the same reason I liked Christian as a "heel". People cheered for him because they loved his son-of-a-bitch character, not because they wanted him face. IN fact, that's basically what happened to Cena: cheered for his job as a good heel -- accepted the cheers and got booed for it.

You had the perfect opportunity to turn Cena during the "Bischoff On Trial" episode of Raw. As they were all standing in the ring, Cena could have given the FU to Vince and alligned himself with Bischoff. It would have been great, turned him heel, and given him so many more options now.
