always wanted to ask this question, and i knwo its not a really big hip hop board but....whats your favorite freestyle and what was the instrumental they used and of course, who was the rapper? Perhaps a favorite line(s) from it? there always so sick when their worth it.....mine is called the "7 minute freestyle" by "Big L and Jay-z" it contains the instrumental from the Milkbone song "Keep it real" and J isnt that great in the song, but L (my fav rapper) destroys it.
