Wow, just watched Smackdown and what a match that was with Finlay.

I don't care about a bald patch appearing or if he's "half-assing" it, he could still wrestle rings around most the guys on the roster.

signed. Enjoyed his match with Finlay on SD! and it was the only highlight of the whole show. I have enjoyed his no holds barred match with Orton and Cage match with JBL on SD so far this year. Just hope WWE gives us another Angle vs Benoit classic while the two of them are on the same brand.

For the record I think Chris Benoit is easily one of the top ten performers of all time. Every move he does is something out of a wrestling textbook, and I mean that in the good way, saying he is picture perfect. My feelings on his in ring work lately have apperently been heard, but I say for the record that if Benoit did Hogan-ish matches for the rest of time, he still deserves all the respect in the world.

And also, I personally think he is great on the mic. He brings a lot of intensity into his promos.

And his comedy skits... :lol: Remember when he made a cup of coffee faster than making Orlando Jordan tap out?!

Only 6 replies to this thread?Come on people. Benoit's one of the best wrestlers in the WWE, he deserves more appreciation than this.

I also enjoyed his match with Finlay, i somehow got the feeling it was going to be a good match before it started.Probably because I knew I was watching two guys who know how to put on a good wrestling match.
