anyone know of any good ones? By good, I mean ones that actually work? I had a couple, but they only played jobber user-created games that sucked all kinds of ass.

Any help would definately be cool. :)

iDeaS is the only kinda working one out there at the moment. And it's far from perfect. Actually... Far from Good.

It would be pointless to use a DS emulator unless you had a touch-screen moniter. And if you have one of those, you can easily afford a fucking DS you cheapass.

LOL exactly. You may as well get a GBA emulator, because that's all that will function properly without the aforementioned touch monitor.

unless they could program the mouse as the stylus

but yeah, buy a damn DS... it's the best gaming system out right now imo, including all the consoles... that thing is sex

I have a GBA emulator already. Apparently, iDeas had the mouse functioning as the stylus. But, it just doesn't run anything commercial.

Obviously, being married with a child really doesn't make a DS all that affordable at this point, which is why I asked about the emulator. That and my own Appendectomy running me almost $11,000 in January. :-/

Didn't they also abandon it?

Are you two done being retarded?

Is it really that hard to imagine using a mouse to emulate touch screen useage?

Also, I've got to say: If you can't afford the system, that's okay. But don't justify breaking the law by "Oh, but I can't afford it!"

I pictured it. I just didn't see it being all that good.
