I am trying to take a break from rap/hip hop and want to know...
What will make my ears nut? Preferably Rock or Pop...R&B is cool too.

October Fall-A Season In Hell
Mrnorth-Lifesize
The Panic Divison-Versus
Loser-Just Like You
Neverending White Lights-Act 1: Goodbye Friends of the Heavenly Bodies
She Wants Revenge-She Wants Revenge
Happy to send you any of these shits, as some of them don't seem to be very easy to find. Also, even though you said no rap, I recommend MC Lars-The Graduate. He's rap, but like nerd rap.

Judas Priest - Painkiller (preferrably the remastered one because it has extra songs, especially "Living Bad Dreams")
Children of Bodom - Follow The Reaper
Bob Marley - Legend (kind of a greatest hits deal)
I suggest you try before you buy with Bodom. You'll probably dig the others. My only beef with Legend is that it left out a couple of really good songs (Natural Mystic, Iron Lion Zion and Pimper's Paradise).

Also any U2 album or Our Lady Peace Album. Ben Harpers new album 'Both Sides of the Gun' is pretty awesome aswell.

Yea, i have that album. I don't know why they felt like they couldn't put 20 tracks on the CD.
I will try those suggested albums, people. Thank you. And they better be fucking good.

I highly recommend "Louder Now" by Taking Back Sunday. The CD is miles better than what I was expecting...probably because I never really got into their other stuff. But this CD is GREAT.

Don't know what you have but I would go with
Everclear- So Much for the Afterglow
Jimi Hendrix- Electric Ladyland
Gorillaz- Demon Days
Alice in Chains-Unplugged
Pink Floyd- The Wall
Smashing Pumpkins- Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness
That gives a pretty good mix of styles and sounds. Again, don't know what you have or what you like, but these are some of my faves.
