So, I got an awesome deal on a 360, and it should be arriving at my doorstep any day now. I borrowed Halo 2 from a friend, so I have something to use with it when I get it, but the question is, which game should I go ahead and purchase first? I've basically narrowed it down to these three, but I'm open to other suggestions.

For the love of all that is decent, The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.

It may not be your thing, since it's an RPG with INCREDIBLE depth, and not a cookie cutter RPG (IE, some Square Enix titles. Not bashing them, as I personally love 98% of SE games, but most are fairly linear compared to this). But if you want a game where you can do practically ANYTHING and do it for a LONG time, Oblivion is your ticket.

Oops, poll appeared after I posted. :p

Out of THOSE three, Perfect Dark Zero is what I'd go with, personally. If you're thinking outside of those three though, I still highly recommend Oblivion.

Yeah, I know Oblivion is of the awesomness, but I generally don't commit well to games that are very time-consuming and involving. I'm thinking about it, though. If I happen to strike it rich and retire in a few weeks...

Battlefeild 2 MC if you have X box live and oh yeah if you get MLB you have to have live for it to work right due to production error it will not work past the third inning so you need live to download a patch for it.

Call of Duty 2 or Perfect Dark Zero. Or sit around and wait for Hitman: Blood Money next week.
