Was gonna say, this is the PPV on which Owen died. So in all honesty, not the greatest PPV. Did have it on video somewhere though.

Its the only ppv that never was released on home video/dvd.

It was live right? or was it tape delay. At least they edited out Owens death right?

I still haven't seen a full version of Raw is Owen. If anyone has it can you upload it to anywhere, but not rapidshare as it doesn't agree with me.

Not really something I personally care to go back and relive, it hurt a lot as a young fan to watch this live the first time, thanks regardless though.... RIP Owen.

I have the full Over the Edge PPV and RAW is Owen on tape. If someone told me how to get it from a tape to the computer I'd do it.

I need to know what wires and programs etc I'd need. If I have the right wires and programs, I'd do it.

Never done it before, but I'm thinking you'd need a TV-Out on your graphics card.

quite the opposite. You need a video capture card.

This happened exactly one week to the day prior to my 18th birthday and I watched this on PPV when it happened. A truly sad and shocking day. :'(

pretty decent quality on parts 1 and 2. i am still downloading 3 and 4. savior is right, you dont see owen being carted off or fall because they were showing an interview from earlier that night with owen when it happened.

Actually, there is another way, but it requires a DVD-Recorder (connected to your TV). That's how I transfer stuff to computer files. I record it onto a DVD+R, then rip the video on my computer to AVI or MPEG, etc.

I still haven't seen the actual happening, and am afraid to quite frankly. Did they show everything at the live PPV showing or no?

I haven't seen the show since it aired and I have absolutely ZERO desire to ever see it again. Without a shadow of a doubt one of the top 2 worse days of my life.

This has been discussed countless times here. No. They mostly cut to the audience for about 5 minutes. Owen fell during a promo, not while most of the audience was watching.

Why is this an event every wrestling fan should see? If anything, I'd put the tribute show over this. All this is is a PPV with the announcement of Owen's death...

But since I'm nosy, but don't want to download it, how were reactions for the rest of the night from the announcers? How distraught did they sound?

I don't even remember. It was surreal watching and listening before they made the announcement he died. I watched the rest of the show because I couldn't sleep but I don't remember a thing about it.

Guys who where backstage stage where saying they were praying for Owen, then went straight back into their characters.

JR and King were downbeat for the rest of the matches at first but JR soon got back into his BAH GOWD mode by the end of the ppv.

I remember watching this live and thinking it was all fake. But I still had a weird feeling in my stomach. Then the rest of the show the wrestlers really seemed uninterested so I kind of started thinking it was legit.

The only other thing I remember about the PPV was austin vs Taker
