Yeah, In my opinion its a fucking mess, so lets say you have one opportunity to save WWE, what do you do? Who do you fire/hire? What the fuck are you gonna do?

If you think it's in a mess, then what are you going to do about it?
Fire the entire writing team.
Since hiring a new writing team would be two moves, I'm sure that the writing would still be leaps and bounds above what we currently have.

Fire Mark Henry... Think of how many Main Eventers wouldn't be hurt right now.

give Henry another 10 year contract so he can be champion for ten years and injure any credible superstars :shifty:
Throw Mark in a six pack match.
Mark Henry vs. Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Hulk Hogan vs. The Undertaker vs. JBL
It would solve all the problems in the WWE in one fell swoop.

I'd have them cut one less show a week for both brands. This will give the wrestlers a better chance to recover from bumps, aches, pains, and will help prevent wear and tear injuries that occur when they are pushing thier bodies too much.
It will also give production, managment, agents, bookers, writers more time and energy to function properly and create a product that fans may actually want to buy.

"Geee, Paul, we'd love to put you in the main even this week, but the doctors said you won't be out of traction until Wrestlemania...35...What? You want me to get Henry to TNA? Well, if you say so..."

Problem with that is that they are going to lose out on extra event/merchandise revenue.

Personally, I'd make both shows under one roster.
I hate split rosters which is why I dont watch Smackdown. That and it being utter shit.

I really don't know what I wolud do becuase in my view Raw has gotten some what better SD is just limping along and I suspect that the idea to bring back ECW is pretty much a no confindance vote on SD.

Withdrawl Johnny Ace's entire salary in 1 dollar bills, shove the entire amount up his ass and dangle him over the center of the ring for a "Disgruntled Superstar Battle Royal Pinata Match."
Send the remains to TNA and repeat the process.

- Leave the Cruiserweights in the CRUISERWEIGHT division
- Possibly recombine the rosters (like Ninti, I'm not a fan of roster splits, although I feel that both shows are tons better as of late.)
- If the rosters were to be recombined, only keep one set of tag titles.
- Following that note, hire superstars who are credible in individual AND in tag situations
- Create/Revive a lower-level championship (European title, ya know? I miss that belt, and I think it'd be GREAT for some of the low mid carders).
- Oh yeah, here's the big one. GET SOME WRITERS WHO DON'T WRITE FOR BLUES CLUES/LAZYTOWN.

Offer Jericho whatever he wants, hire him back, unfiy the RAW and SmackDown brands, have Jericho once again unify the titles, and let the chips fall where they may...

aka.. Triple H comes out and says the unification match Jericho won "never happened", and by default Triple H is the new Unified World Champion.

Well obviously the answer is more Triple H as the champion. Just ask him, I'm sure he'll tell you the same.

Beg the Rock to come back for good. With Rock back on the scene, the entertainment value would shoot up immediately.
It's not the solution that would turn WWE back round, but it sure would be one hell of a start.
Fire Stephanie and all the writers who have no previous wrestling history and replace with writers with wrestling backgrounds (I could write better TV).

You could line up all the Divas on their knees ready to give the best blowjobs of their lives and he isn't gonna go back.

:y: ...I agree the Rock is amazing and the entertainment he would bring would immedietely make the product seem fresh and open up some new feuds. A Rock/JBL feud on the mic alone would be unbelievably entertaining. It would really be a breath of fresh air. Of course we pretty much know he's never coming back :( , but we can all hope and pray.

To fix WWE, it would take more than one move.
But replacing the creative/writing team with one more competent and knowledgeable about WRESTLING would work wonders.
No roster unifications (you thought WWE was bad NOW?), no [bring in random wrestler here].
If an upstart like ECW could get the attention of people with a group of virtual unknowns, WWE could take the people that people actually know and make an excellent, must-see show every week.
All the cool moves in the world = crap if the show behind it is doo-doo.

Replace the writers with ones who have wrestling knowledge, but assuming that you mean only on-screen changes:
-Unify the titles. Whenever the next Saturday Night's Main Event is, have John Cena face Booker T (who wins the title from Rey Mysterio). Booker T goes over and the WWE Championship takes on the form of the World Heavyweight Championship. Paul London & Brian Kendrick defeat The Spirit Squad to return the WWE Tag Team Championship to a place of credibility. Bobby Lashley defeats Shelton Benjamin and defends the United States Championship and Intercontinental Championship together. The brand split can still work, just restore the titles to a level of dignity.
-Cut down on PPVs. I think it would be much better if instead of having The Great American Bash as a SmackDown! only PPV, if it became a "Night of Champions" kind of thing. Booker T vs. Batista, John Cena vs. Edge, The Spirit Squad vs. Triple H & Shawn Michaels, Paul London & Brian Kendrick vs. Kid Kash & Jamie Noble, Shelton Benjamin vs. Charlie Haas, Bobby Lashley vs. Finlay, Mickie James vs. Beth Phoenix, Gregory Helms vs. Chavo Guerrero, Mick Foley vs. Randy Orton. Make PPV mean something again.
So basically the meaning of WWE shows would increase. This is the biggest issue the WWE needs to address, in my opinion. Bringing back Chris Jericho would certainly help as well. The guy will get a better start in a WWE Films movie than anything he's currently doing. Give him a face push, a title run and a movie and you can keep Jericho for a year or two before he breaks out into other areas.

Summer of 2006 would be a great summer if they:
Turn Cena heel
Have Cena feud with a face DX
Have The Rock show up on RAW
Orton and Batista returning to SD!
all we need is a good solid program on each show
WWE usually turns it up in the summer

Sell Smackdown.
The WWE lacks a credible competition and therefore, doesn't bother trying. Give it some competition and maybe, just maybe, they might not do so many retarded things.

Well... I'm not sure if giving the entire WWE a facelift is enough to garner one move. But if it's got to be one move... Mark Henry. This guy is a BAD APPLE to the WWE with the fact that he's injuring everyone in sight. Send this guy to CZW, he'd be ON FIRE!
