Thoughts on The Rock
If he were to come back for a month long feud, who would you like to see him feud with?
Do you miss The Rock?
How do you compare WWE now without The Rock?
The Rock is the man. He got out while it was still hot. He didn't hang around like Triple H.

I miss the Rock so much. I always loved his promos and enjoyed his matches. He always brought such an energy to each show, and he was always willing to feud with anyone and put people over. E.G putting Brock over at SummerSlam cleanly, Jericho a long feud in which Rock lost the majority of the big time matches, and even feuding with Hurricane, which was tons of fun and lost to him fairly clean, albeit with a roll up.
If he ever did come back, I would love to see him feud with JBL, Cena, and HBK. With JBL, just the mic work alone would be so entertaining. Cena is just one of those things that I would love to see, and HBK, it would pit to legends against one another, and that would be unbelievable.
I always loved Rocky as a heel or face. He has gotton criticism for his matches on the net, but I always enjoyed them and love his matches. He truly has had some awesome classics. I wish he would come back but that does not seem to be in the cards, which sucks.

Rock is bigger than WWE. To be honest, he doesn't need to comeback. He just needs to get better moive roles. Shit like Gridiron Gang is too typical. Southland Tales seems like the goods though.

The Rock still has enough juice left in him to come back as a full-time guy and have programs for years. How can anyone not be turned on by the thoughts of The Rock vs. Rey Mysterio, The Rock vs. JBL, The Rock vs. Randy Orton, The Rock vs. Carlito, THE ROCK VS. KEN KENNEDY~!(!!!!!)?
Actually, if I had to choose one program, it would be The Rock vs. Ken Kennedy. Just have The Rock come out and do his usual shtick on SmackDown!, calling it "The Rock's Show", only for Ken Kennedy to come out, which leads to an exchange like this:
KENNEDY: Woah, woah, woah woah, WOAH...Who in the green Hell are you?
THE ROCK: What do yo...
KENNEDY: It doesn't matter who you are!
THE ROCK: It's funny you should ask me that, I was just about to ask you the same question...
KENNEDY: Well then. Allow myself to introduce...myself. My name is...MIIIIII...
THE ROCK: It doesn't matter what your name is!
KENNEDY (over the top of The Rock): SSSSSSSSTTTTEEEEERRRR............KENNEDY!..............................Kennedy.
Kennedy and Rock would then feud, with Ken constantly calling The Rock "Dwayne", just to add to his asshole shtick.

Seriously, the best memories of The Rock are of his mic skills. If The Rock is going to pass on the torch, I think it should be via promos. John Cena, Carlito and Ken Kennedy all have a little bit of that charisma The Rock had. Cena really doesn't need the rub, he's been forced down our throats enough.
I really think The Rock could find time for a promo or two with guys occasionally. Have him as a guest on Carlito's Cabana, or just have him exchange words with Kennedy in a ring. Maybe something at Summerslam? He must be able to fly in for an edition of RAW one night, which would also allow him to wrestle a filler match against a member of The Spirit Squad or something.
The Rock will probably never return full-time, but I do think it is possible he can do his fair share for the industry.

The Rock is the shit. I doubt he'll ever officially pass the torch though, since he's already "put over" enough people already ie (Brock, Orton, Evolution, Eugene, Coach, La Resistance)

Hurricane...
There's only one match I could see Rock coming back for:
WRESTLEMANIA 23
WWE CHAMPIONSHIP: John Cena (c) vs. The Rock
If plans go accordingly, RVD is going to take the WWE Title from Cena at One Night Stand 2, and then turn it into the ECW Championship and move on to the new ECW brand in June.
That means one of two things will happen: John Cena will remain the "official" WWE Champion, or they'll have a tournament to crown a new champion. Either way, a full fledged heel John Cena should take the belt back and continue his reign up until Royal Rumble time, at which point he'll make comments that there isn't anyone left to challenge him for the belt.
The Rock will enter at #30 and lay the smacketh down on all their candy asses, then challenge Cena for the belt at WrestleMania, and coming out victorious.

If The Rock returned to the WWE for a month, the more and more convinced I am that it should be on SmackDown!. Gregory Helms, Rey Mysterio and Ken Kennedy all could benefit from interaction with The Rock. Gregory Helms and Ken Kennedy just need promo time with him. That can be done in one episode. Please have a spare Tuesday one day soon, Rock.

I wish they'd give the Rock Undertaker's deal. 3 appearances a month is more than enough to establish someone like Kennedy, Orton, or whoever they'd rather waste him on.

I'm sure they'd be willing to give him that deal, but I don't even think that interests him enough, which is a shame.

Him accepting was kind of part of that whole scenario.
It still won't happen, but...

I think he should come back and help establish some of the 'stars' of this generation. he's one of the few guys I can think of that can lose and still look string, so its not like it'd hurt him.

Other people could lose and look strong too, if only WWE actually made strong characters instead of trying to make people look good through winning. Remember when Taker could look strong and still do the occasional important job? Or Remember Foley? Mankind's record was about as strong as Rocky's. Remember when Hunter didn't have to be an unstoppable machine? There was actually an entire era of wrestlers who didn't have to win to be equated as good. Hell, the WWF even had a ton of "loveable losers."
Granted, some of these guys didn't do much in terms of putting people over through the job, but that's another story.

I've been saying it for years:
The Rock is a novelty attraction in Hollywood, and the novelty is starting to run out already. Depending on how well Southland Tales does (considering it's a very different type of film for him) then I give him maybe five more years max before he returns to wrestling on at least a part-time basis, still putting out B-movies and bit parts in his free time. Much like Piper and Hogan.
I'm sure WWE would be happy to give him a deal where he only works TV tapings, PPVs and big house shows (like MSG, although it looks like WWE have no plans for MSG shows in the future, but that's off the point...) At the end of the day, they'll take any deal they can get- it's THE ROCK for God's sake!!

And when he DOES come back for an extended time, he will still have youth on his side and potentially could still have a good decade left in him. Dwayne Johnson really did make a smart move in chasing his Hollywood dreams when he had the chance... his wrestling career can resume at any time in the next, say, 5 - 10 years and he will still be young enough to make a big impact on his return.
