I seem to remember a storyline where Shane McMahon and someone else dual-reffed a match. What match was that?

While we're at it, I remember a match where I THINK Big Show was the special ref and he counted someone out really fast on the apron, when was this?

Stone Cold v Undertaker at Over the Edge 99 was meant to be two refs, with Shane with Taker and Vince with Austin, but Vince was incapacitated and Shane took over. Also, I believe that Triple H v The Rock at Backlash 2000, weren't Shane McMahon and Stone Cold dual referees?
