so what happened? Is Booker the king of the ring? HAs the KOTR PPV happened yet? Is he self procaliming himself as king?

There wasn't a King of the Ring PPV, just the tournament, he defeated Bobby Lashley in the finals. I guess they are taking the European dudes (Finlay & Regal) and having them work for King Booker thus making them into a stable of sorts.

at judgement day the finals Lashley Vs Booker and finley came out with his Irish Weapon and hit lashley causeing booker to win
