Proof. One of Eminem's running buddies in D-12. If you ever saw 8 Mile, Rabbit best friend (played by Mekhi Phifer) was based on Proof.

Yep, Cena's going to get killed. You always see this guy with EM whenever he's at award shows and stuff.

Better hope Mick Foley doesn't interrupt the battle. We all know how Em's posse feels about puppets.

LOL, actually if you watched that MTV award show, Proof was the guy that stood up and pushed the puppet away from EM.

Why would they have Cena do a battlerap? Isn't he, or should i say, shouldn't he be having a match or something? Or do they plan on having him do both?

I'm sorry, having Cena in a battle rap is stupid. If he loses it hurts his character, if he wins, big deal Proof isn't a big enough name to do him any good. Will it be fun for a rap fan to watch? Yes. Will it serve any positive purpose? No.

As long as he's got a match, I don't care if he battle raps or not.

Actaully here's a better idea:
I would have Cena come out one week on SD before Mania, and do a rap. Then out comes Proof, or whoever they can get (obviously Eminem would be way better, but it may not be possible). Anyway, whoever it was could come out, and say they've heard Cena has skills, and he has an album coming out, and wants to see if Cena can hang. So they have a FRIENDLY battle rap. They both do their thing, and Cena conciedes that Proof/Em whoever is the king, and the rapper says Cena is pretty good as well. Then out comes Big Show.
Big Show comes to the ring, and says this is wrestling, not 8-Mile (cheap plug), and he gets in Proof's/Em's face. This leads to a pull apart. Anyway, Em or Proof are not wrestlers, so they agree to be in Cena's corner when he goes after the US title at Wrestlemania. Obviously Cena would win, maybe Proof/Em gets a shot in on say Rhyno who tries a run-in. And you have the rub of Cena winning the belt with some mainstream star, which might get some publicity on other places.
But I dont think it would do Cena any good to have him seriously battle a guy with a ton of skill. If they play it off as a fun competition, it wont hurt him to get schooled in battle rap.

For the record, Proof is one of the best freestylers I've ever heard.

No doubt, Cena's gonna get shot up by Proof unless they got something set up before hand. Lyrically it will be a quick K.O

Proof was also Lil Tic, the guy at the start that served Eminem when he choked.
And like Anybody Thrilla said, Proof is in ill freestyler, download stuff like 'Eminem - Just rymin with Proof', he is one of the more talented members of D-12.
