This new ECW is Horrible :(
I wanted to cry when i saw it last week.
Pfft, I have proof that's fake.
The Sandman hit a ROLL UP!? Come on...
But yeah, it's fake. I mean, they're in Albany tonight and it almost looks completely edited from the first show's spoilers.
yea considering bell time was 7:30 there's no way
and plus ryan clarke already updated saying smackdown was going first

Bullshit that happened. It's supposed to be live, and there are supposed to be zero cena chants.

There are some rather believable things though in that spoiler, so nice job Paul if that was you who made it up.

Sci-fi didn't want it live last week becasue of the chants at ONS. After last week they now relize the chants will not be a problem so goinglive is ok.

ECW did in fact tape prior to SmackDown!, and Australia gets the show early, so here's what happened... :shifty:
Match #1: Big Show vs. Big Guido
-The FBI's music hits, and Trinity appears on stage. Little Guido and Tony Mamaluke appear on either side. Big Guido appears behind them as Justin Roberts introduces The FBI, particularly Big Guido, who is competing. Big Show enters to "Crank It Up" and Justin Roberts calls him "the greatest big man in the history of this sport". Little Guido pescadas out onto Big Show, but is caught by Show. Mamaluke follows suite, and is caught by Show as well! Trinity climbs the turnbuckle and dives onto BS, LG and TM! BG slides out of the ring and starts to kick the crap out of the fallen Show. He mounts punches on the outside. Irish whip into the steps by Guido. He rolls Show back into the ring, and then mimics Show with a headbutt. Guido with a kick to the head, only gets two. More cluster punches, followed by a diving elbow. Two count. Guido climbs to the second rope, but Show explodes with overhand chops. A gorilla press slam by Show from the second ropes is signal for Little Guido and Tony Mamaluke to enter and try and take out Show. Ally-Oop to Little Guido. Final Cut to Tony Mamaluke. A DDT by Big Guido gets two. Guido locks on a submission as Joey Styles informs us that this move was taught to Big Guido by Little Guido. Show powers out and goes for a Chokeslam, but Trinity low blows Big Show, allowing Big Guido to lock in another submission hold. Big Show taps!
Winner: Big Guido via submission.
-Al Snow is backstage doing interviews. Snow reveals Danny Doring & Roadkill have been allowed to continue their reign as ECW Tag Team Champions. Doring & Roadkill are shown footage from One Night Stand, where Little Guido & Tony Mamaluke defeated Super Crazy & Yoshihiro Tajiri, making them unofficial #1 contenders for the Tag Team Titles. Doring & Roadkill say they will face LG & TM in two weeks for the titles, but next week they want to get on Big Show's good side. They challenge The FBI to a six-person tag team match. No wait, they want to make it an eight-person tag team match. Trinity will be on The FBI's team, while Doring, Roadkill & Show will find a female tag partner of their own.
Match #2: The Sandman vs. The Vampire
-The Vampire is dressed in such a corny way. He cuts a promo talking about how he wants to beat The Sandman and earn himself a future ECW World Heavyweight Title shot. The Sandman makes quick work of The Vampire by beating him down with his Singapore cane, then hitting a White Russian Legsweep for the pin.
Winner: The Sandman via pinfall.
-After the match, The Vampire gets back on the microphone and says if he can't get over in ECW as a vampire, he will just go to Monday Night RAW. The Brood's theme music hits. Gangrel & Seven are on their way to the ring! They completely decimate The Vampire. Gangrel hits him with The Impaler, while Seven hits him with The Razorblade (Razor's Edge). Gangrel laughs, gets on the microphone and says "it wouldn't be a new breed, without a new Brood".
-Back from the commercial, Justin Credible tells Paul Heyman he wants to face John Cena tonight. Heyman says that he knows Credible can kick Cena's ass, so he's going to give him his match. Not this week, though, he wants Cena to know it's coming. John Cena vs. Justin Credible will take place in a week's time on ECW. Stevie Richards enters and points out that John Cena and Justin Credible have the same initials. Justin Credible tells Stevie his initials are very similar to "Stupid Retard". Richards says he wants Heyman to stop marketting his girlfriend Kelly like she's a cheap whore. Richards says he brought Kelly with him to the new ECW so that he could be with him on the road, not so that she can go out there and fail to unhook her bra. She was embarrassed last week. Heyman says he can understand, and in the past Heyman would respect the wishes of his loyal talent like Richards, but ECW is playing for keeps this time. Richards says that Theodore Long has offered him more money to return to SmackDown!, maybe he will be the first ECW "Rebel" to jump ship to WWE? Richards leaves Heyman with that thought.
-After the commercial break, Al Snow finds Stevie Richards backstage, wishing Balls Mahoney luck for his match. Al Snow tells Stevie that on SmackDown!, Stevie Richards will compete in an interpromotional match. It will be Stevie Richards facing...The Great Khali. Richards pretty much shits himself.
- Sabu is in the ring. He will be facing Balls Mahoney. John Cena runs through the crowd and attacks Sabu. Balls Mahoney, Al Snow & C.W. Anderson rush to the ring to beat-down Cena. They succeed. Sabu puts Cena through a table.
Match #3: ECW World Heavyweight Champion Rob Van Dam & Kurt Angle vs. Edge & Randy Orton
-Bill Alfonso is with Rob Van Dam! Justin Roberts does personalised ring introductions for the main event guys. He calls RVD "both the WWE Champion and ECW World Heavyweight Champion" and is not very fllattering to Randy Orton, pointing out he has an ECW record of zero wins and one loss. Edge actually gets an honourable introduction by Roberts. "The Real JR" as Joey Styles & Tazz call him calls Lita "Ms Congeniality"! Haha!
Kurt Angle wants to start out with Randy Orton, but Orton is scared. The fans chant "Pussy" at Randy Orton, so Joey Styles and Tazz make up a story about how Randy Orton likes to call himself "The Crouching Tiger" Randy orton, and the fans are mocking him. Good stuff. Edge has no problem starting off with Angle, as Styles points out Edge holds more victories over WWE Angle than anyone in WWE history, but this is ECW Angle, and ECW Angle is undefeated. Angle gets control of the match easily, and actually puts Edge in the Ankle Lock, but Edge gets to the ropes and Orton pulls him through. RVD runs into the ring and hits a flipping plancha on both Orton & Edge. RVD rolls Edge back into the ring, and Angle goes to hit him with an Angle Slam, but Edge counters and pushes Angle into the ropes, where RVD is perched on top. RVD goes flying off into the railing, as Edge hits an Edge-O-Matic on Angle. Tag to Orton, as Orton slaps on the chinlocks. Joey Styles mocks Orton, "Oh, he's hardcore!". Tazz cuts Styles off and says that this is a very effective maneuver, Tazz knows because he has been put in moves like that which have nearly killed him. Back suplex is counted by Orton, who lands on his feet and hits a back-to-backbreaker.
Edge tags in and works the neck of Angle with a headscissors applied. Angle manages to drag himself to his corner, where RVD has his foot ouutstretched into the ring to the touch the foot of Angle. Nice realistic work by Angle and RVD there. Edge manages to turn the headscissors over and pounds the face and neck of Angle in the canvas. Edge knocks RVD off the apron, and it is at that moment that Kurt hits a release German suplex, but RVD is not there. Tazz points out that release suplexes are generally weaker than regular suplexes, but come in handle when you need to put some distance between you and your opponent, as well as taking your opponent's mind off the game. Edge tags Orton, but the Legend Killer runs right into a takedown from Angle. The Ankle Lock is applied, but Edge breaks it up and the WWE guys hit a double back elbow to ground Kurt. Orton has his chinlock applied, and ever brings out of old Overdrive to ground Kurt. Hard Irish whip into the corner by Orton. Randy goes to mock Angle with a moonsault, as Edge screams not to. Fonzie chucks RVD a chair, and RVD tosses it in Orton's face. Orton flies off the top rope, going through the announce table. Kurt Angle goes to tag RVD, but Edge runs in and applies his own version of the Ankle Lock. Styles says Edge knows the tag team formula, as he used to team with a former Brood member and won the World Tag Team Championship seven times, then also won the World Tag Team Titles twice with ECW alumni Chris Benoit and the WWE Tag Team Championship once with ECW alumni Rey Mysterio. Good work by Styles tonight.
RVD breaks up the Ankle Lock immediately with a spinning heel kick. Looked really good, probably because RVD hit Angle's leg instead of Edge, but threw his weight into it. RVD then fires up all cylinders on Edge. Angle rolls Orton back into the ring. Fonzie chucks Angle a chair, as Angle holds it in front of Orton's face. Van Terminator by RVD to Randy Orton! Orton pulled back center of the ring. Five Star Frog Splash gets the team of ECW Champion Rob Van Dam and Kurt Angle the win.
The show closes with Joey Styles telling us we can see Stevie Richards on SmackDown! this week, and next week John Cena will face Justin Credible as Big Show teams with ECW Tag Team Champions and a female competitor to take on the entire FBI.

A few grammatical errors here and there, but a pretty in-depth report by an Australian guy who writes for this site I go on. Sounds like a good show. The Sandman segment actually went somewhere. Yes, they're actually calling Kevin Fertig "Seven", and Dave Heath is "Gangrel". They're names appeared on screen when they came out. They are officially Gangrel & Seven, "The Brood". They didn't have the ring of fire entrance this week. Damn.
Little Guido got put over huge in the opening match. Styles & Tazz made it seem like Nunzio had taught Big Guido everything he used to beat Show. BS got a pretty good face reaction, the fans were into Little Guido and Trinity, though. Small "F-B-I" chants, and a face pop when they won.
Sandman didn't get much reaction, except for a few "E-C-W" chants. The Vampire actually had a lot of fanfare. I think it may have been played by Colt Cabana (too much make-up) to be sure. They have been giving Cabana tryouts, though. CM Punk should have been given the job. He could pull off a vampire.
The fans didn't know how to react to Gangrel & Seven. They had red lights on for their segment, so they came across as more serious than "The Vampire".
Al Snow was playing a sane character. It's a shame, he did crazy really well. Richards seems to be playing a sympathetic babyface, while Heyman is settling into a ruthless, do anything to win, boss role. Jasmine St. Claire was with Balls Mahoney backstage with Richards and Al Snow. Just to clarifiy, Richards will have to decide next week whether he will be ECW or WWE (wasn't made explicitly clear in the report).
Not really much else worth reporting about the show. RVD used his Shadows Fall theme, "Fury of the Storm" and The Sandman had his same crappy generic theme. Balls Mahoney, C.W. Anderson and Al Snow ran out to Balls' theme. Cena got a lot of cheers. Why? When did everyone start to care about the guy, again? Edge & Orton didn't get any face pops. Even the "WWE kids" were booing them. I guess putting heels against ECW makes ECW a face. Kids are easily swayed. No real memorable chants, except for "Angle's going to kill you" and "Pussy" towards Randy Orton.
Commentary was specifically good, as was the announcing by Justin Roberts (this kid will be around for a while). I'm looking forward to next week's show. :y:

It was an improvement from last week IMO. I like the look of the show alot more with the dark crowd.
Random thoughts:
Quit using the ECW show to put over Raw wrestlers. That backstage Cena bullshit should never happen again. Keep the Cena stroking to Raw for the love of God!
The whole Kelly thing really annoys me, it's like watching a chick stuggle at a bad amatuer strip competition. (Nice ass though, I'll give her that.)
Taz needs to become someone's manager or something because he just reeks of Smackdown.
**sigh** I guess my hopes for the old RVD will never come to fruition. There was nothing about that main event that said "ECW rules". It was way too watered down/slow paced. TAKE THE FUCKING HANDCUFFS OFF RVD!!! But with that said, it was still much better than anything last week.
The Sabu match was pretty good.
Test should be a sweet addition to ECW. I just hope they don't feed him too early to Big Show.
I guess Sandman isn't alowed to drink beer in the crowd? Makes sense with children in the audience, but that's half the problem. GET AN ECW CROWD IN THERE, at least around the area that's lighted. I mentioned this before, but why can't they hold a large section of tickets near the front that are only available for purchase by ECW fans? Sell them on ECW.com or something. For fuck's sake, I don't want to see an inflatable "Chain Gang" hand when I'm watching ECW. The crowd was a little better than last week, but still too dead.
Definitely had more of a Heyman touch, but still is blatently WWE. I'm just going to face facts that this is always going to be this way, so I'll accept it and move on. It will never fully be the old ECW. But as far as entertaining hours of wrestling goes, I've surely seen ALOT worse than last night. It gives me hope for the future. :y:

STOP MAKING ECW TOUR ALONGSIDE SMACKDOWN!!!
You will only get WWE fans on an ECW show. Sure, that's only a fraction of the problem, but seriously. The atmosphere counts for something.
It was bad enough I had to sit in a house show in Rhode Island and be surrounded by thousands of little girls and kids and retards cheering for Cena.

I on the the other hand think we need All Cena All the time. (Extreme Cena Wrestling maybe?)
Why not on the next ECW show we have one match
Cena Runs an ECW gauntlet and wins, He can squash every one except be quite even with Angle and Big Show.
I think when its all said and done people would love that show.
