Yeah, he joined the WCW announce team in late 1991, but left when Hogan signed with the company in 1994.

Short story: Jesse tried forming a union in the WWF in the mid-80's, Hogan caught wind of it and ratted him out to Vince.

Needless to say Jesse won't be going to any Hogan Christmas parties.
