Who do you think is the one wrestler who grew the most from the time of their debut to either now or when they eventually retired?
My vote would honestly go with Big Show. I mean look at his abilities, his move set, and his general persona from the (big quotes) "ECW" Big Show, against The Giant in WCW. In a way I think he is less over now then he was then, but when it comes to his matches he has improved in leaps and bounds.

Hands down IMO Edge. he went from a faction, to a very popular and successful tag team, to IC Champ, Very nice feuds, and finally the WWE Title. Edge has come a long way.

Funaki, He's now Smackdown's number one announcer.

JBL and HHH
JBL went from bad gimmick to bad gimmick, eventually getting into the APA, and then sky rocketed to the main event. Granted, he's an announcer now, but he njoys it, plus he's a great announcer.
HHH went from pretty much beeing a loser in WCW, a blue blood in WWF, to a future major player in the business itself.

Sorry, I didn't mean most improved in overness, but most improved as far as skill.

Trish Stratus is a top choice.
Maybe Kurt Angle as far as PRO wrestling goes. He was pretty lame to start with, and must have spent two years in the WWE training camp and working dark matches befor ethey were confident enough to let him on television (and when they did they took him straight back off again).
Now he is awesome.

Skill is Trish by far.
