The two that come to mind are the Sgt. Slaughter heel run in the early 90's and the Bob Backlund heel run in the mid to late 90's. Those were amazing imo. What are some other good ones?

Barry Windham as the 'Lone Wolf' in '94 or '95, can't remember which. He used the Implant DDT (Edge's Impaler), and was basically Triple H about 5 years before Trips hit the scene.

Angle's initial dorky run...where he preached his three i's. That was GOLD. He doesn't get enough credit for how well he played that character.

I miss dorky Angle. Remember when he got really goofy and hung out with E & C? Those were a lot of my all time favorite wrestling moments.

Oh...that shit was great.

Fully Loaded against the Undertaker was great...Angle offered the Undertaker a scooter before hand.

2000 was my favourite year for WWE storylines and characters
