Paul Heyman has been given more control over the ECW product and that is expected to continue tonight, which is why the brand has changed considerably over the past two weeks. Kurt Angle vs. Sabu headlines the show tonight.

Yeah, I may be overreacting, but think about it...

They take away his power, the show gets crappy... They wonder what to do... They give it back to hm, the show gets better... Maybe the rocket scientists in Titan Towers will figure it out and leave Heyman with some control. Even if he doesn't have total control, some Heyman is better than none.

Futhermore, it's like he said in an interview. It's basically his ideas up agaisnt everyone else's.... But as long as his ideas are the best, he has nothing to worry about.

Things got ugly when the reformed NWO consisting of Bollea, his son Nick and daughter Brooke, entered the arena dragging Eric Bischoff on a dog leash against his will. As soon as Brooke Hogan's remix of the NWO enterance music retitled "Boom Chick-a-Beh-Wah" played over the speakers, the crowd of rabid drunken ECW faithful began rioting and hung Mr. Bollea from a second story balcony with his own black and white feather boa's.

A second tragedy occured soon after, when out of the crowd sprang forth former WWE/ECW/WCW Superstar Chris Jericho. The self proclaimed "Aatolla of Rock N Rolla" grabbed the dog leash containing Eric Bischoff's neck and strung him on the same balcony containing the late great Terry Bollea. In a scene that resembled something out of "Pirates of the Carribean", Jericho swung from Bischoff's corpse onto the floor yelling, "I'M KING OF THE WORLD!!!!" and narrowly escaped local authorities.

Daughter Brooke, who's latest single titled "It's About Us...and My Baby Daddy", was in tears at a press conference held today, where she was quoted as saying, "How could this happen? Bad things have been happening to me and my family since my Father backed out of last years SummerSlam match, but this is too much. My new album is set to drop next week and my Father's funeral is totally going to ruin everything! And does anyone know who keeps shitting in my bag?"

Anyway, back on topic. I'll be watching ECW more now, was starting to lose interest. I think Vince just wanted his wrestlers to get time on the show which is why Heyman lost control in the first place, now that is over with things can get interesting again.

I'm glad the ratings came in pretty solid for ECW this week, because as the reports have told, this proves they can draw ratings without Raw/Smackdown talent. I think it was a necessary evil at first, but this puppy is ready to run on it's own.

I hope the ladder match has a clean finish and is given the proper amount of time to blossum. The only way I would accept a run in, is if Punk costs RVD the match and starts a budding feud. Right now, ECW has more reasons for me to tune into an hour of programing than Raw & Smackdown combined.
