View Full Version : KENNY! Has been issued WARRANTS!
NBC affiliate WVIR Channel 29 in Virginia reported last night that WWE star Ken Doane (Spirit Squad's Kenny) was issued warrants for assault and battery and vandalism charges at the Raw taping in Charlottesville, Virginia, stemming from an alleged incident following a Raw house show several weeks ago in Roanoke, Virginia.
At the time, Jason Wilson, 27, claimed to have spotted Doane and Mickie James sitting at a red light in their car after the Ronoake event and approached them for autographs. James obliged, but when the light turned green, Wilson claimed that Doane allegedly held onto his sign and pulled off. This allegedly caused Wilson to fall and his sign to tear. Wilson was claiming strain of his left shoulder and commented to the WKTR Channel 13, "And it's not my fault he did what he did. I'm innocent and I'm going to take a warrant out. And nobody's going to stop me over my dead body!" WWE's Gary Davis told KTR at the time that the company was contacted by Wilson and they offered him signed photos. When Wilson then asked for money, WWE requested he file a written report. WWE told KTR at the time that Doane and Wilson had no contact at all and they were unaware of how Wilson was allegedly injured. You can check out the original WKTR report at this link.
Doane has a court date in Roanoke set for 8/31.

This happened in my city, heh.
I should exagerate and say that I saw it, so I can pressure WWE into giving me hush money.
Or a job as a writer.

And when that happens, can you push to make the Ruse Report a regular column on WWE.com? :shifty:

Vandalism for ripping up a sign?
Well then I better sue the company for ripping up my sign back in October.

Yeah, it's way more credible than that lame ripoff Ross Report.
there was no raw house show in roanoke

this is a bullshit report

Actually...it's not a bullshit report. It really happened.
This guy's just a little bitch for this shit.

I doubt it's a bullshit report. Raw was here a few months ago, not to mention ECW/SD being here a few weeks ago. It's either really late news, or they made an error.

If Doane gets in any trouble over this, I will be very upset. You can't just approach people at a traffic light. Fucking asshole.

when we had a raw house show in january the spirit squad did'nt exist
they were in richmond 2 nights before they were here in june so thats where it happened

ROFLMAO
This is something straight out of a Ruse Report. Except it's real! I remembe reading this a couple of months or weeks ago, but I can't believe he's serious. If that's the case, I should file suit against the WWE for ripping my mind apart with their shitty writing.

No one cares. Norfolk is 2 hours from here, big deal. Is it unreasonable that they happened to be in Roanoke for whatever reason the same night that SmackDown was?

Legally, he has the right to file assault charges. As a motor vehicle was involved, it could be assault with a deadly weapon, to boot.
Realistically, I hope this gets laughed out of court, because this is such a pathetic thing to charge someone with assault for.
I'd laugh my ass off if they mocked this on WWE TV. Have the honorable Vince McMahon hold session again.

Would he have been in trouble with the law if he didn't go on green and there was traffic behind him. Say there was a cop car about at the time.

I don't know, it was a very rude act. I hate how celebrities tend to think that no one should ever approach them and ask for an autograph. What in the fuck do they expect?

Of course, he could have let go...:meh:
Assuming this shit is even true.

I doubt Ken Doane did such a moronic thing. If he's dating Mickie, he can't be that stupid.

Sorry, the concept that going after a hot shick has anything to do with intellect was so retarded I disregarded it. My bad.
