ECW has solid workers and I enjoy the product for the most part...but they need at least another half hour if they're going to be great. I wouldn't say it 'sucks', though.

Yeah, I'm going to have to disagree. ECW may not be what it used to be but it is decent and if it gets an extra hour it could be great. I have a direct quote from Paul Heyman in an interview for the people who think ECW sucks because it's not like the old ECW as well.
"You really need to help people understand that this can't be a nostalgia show. It's great to go to Yankee Stadium for Old Timers' Day. It does great business one day a year. But nobody wants to see Stan Musial step up to the plate. They want to see A-Rod. Well, maybe not how he's hitting today. But they want to see the A-Rods, the Mike Piazzas, the Johnny Damons. Once a year, it's wonderful. But presenting these guys as though it were still 1999 is not going to happen."
That is why they still have ECW One Night Stand and I couldn't agree more.

I dont' know if it sucks. I've only seen one episode so far. It was the RVD ladder match. The show started with Foley and Flair. I mean come on, why is Flair there? I dont' want to watch WWE guys. I read that Bob Holly and Matt Striker are there. I don't think they're going to add anything. I do think Big Show is a good fit. I don't like how they have that stupid entrance off in the corner when it's obvious the Smackdown entrance is being angled off the cameras.
I hate the term "This is an ECW rulz match". Fuck, just make every match no DQ. That doesn't mean every match needs weapons, but don't disqualify guys.
I dunno, it has potential. But if it's used as a tool to promote Raw or Smackdown storylines it'll continue to be shit. Also, with the 1 hour show, there should be more wrestling.
