View Full Version : WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH TNA?

* Christian screws Sting out of winning the NWA title from Jeff Jarrett.

* Christian never got a rematch when he lost the title

* Sting immediately gets a rematch against Jarrett

* Christian just started a feud with Rhino

* Sting is putting his career on the line against Jarrett for the title

* Jarrett is going to lose the title again to Sting (It'll happen)

* Jarrett is going to win the title again one month later (Come on, we all know this is going to happen)

Why the hell isn't TNA giving Christian and Sting a fucking feud? Christian just screwed Sting out of winning the title after he felt Sting screwed him out of his title. Sting vs Christian would be an awesome feud for TNA, and wrestling in general right now.

TNA should be using Sting, not only as star power, but to help younger guys get over. Christian is already over, but could use a win, or a good feud against someone as legendary as Sting.

Also, why isn't Christian wrestling? As much as I love him on the mic, I love him more in the ring.

Don West has a job with them. I shouldn't question these things.

TNA is worse than WWE.

At least they would have the common sense to have Sting and Christian interacting with one another.

Ya know, have Sting and Christian brawl, but then Christian runs away. They don't really have to have a match right away, but keep them interacting so it would appear that Sting would be looking for revenge.

Hey how about at the beginning of the year when Jarrett invaded Sting's personnal life so he would come out of retirement, and now eight months later Jarrett wants to put Sting back into retirement after he wanted him out of it.

Or are we supposse to have forgotton January by now?

Jarrett's fucking ego is going to kill TNA - the only company in the states that could be considered a minor threat to the WWE. I fucking hate that guy.

That's really what this is leading up too. Kudos to TNA for doing some semblence of long term booking

Yeah, but you'd think Sting would want revenge right away... not in 3 months. You screw someone out of a title victory, they should be pissed and want to kick your ass.

I dunno, I still kind of have hopes for TNA's main event scene. Here is how I would book things, though:

-Jeff Jarrett defeats Sting at Hard Justice, after Christian Cage clocks Sting with the guitar.

-Samoa Joe won the Falls Count Anywhere Match, so he is assumed #1 Contender. At No Surrender, as special stipulation for all matches has been attached. You cannot win via submission. All matches will be decided by pinfall only.

-Christian Cage challenges Sting to a match at No Surrender. Sting accepts.

-Christian Cage is put in the Scorpion Deathlock at No Surrender and taps, but you cannot win the match that way. Cage goes on to win the match with The Unprettier.

-Samoa Joe puts Jeff Jarrett in The Choke during the main event. Jarrett taps like a little bitch, but Joe keeps the move locked in, and submissions don't count. Joe holds Jarrett in The Choke until he decides it's enough (see how long the fans mark out for Jarrett being killed in the ring) and then he just rolls Jarrett onto his back, and slides into a pin for the three count.

-Because he won the match with Sting, Cage claims he should b #1 Contender for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. Samoa Joe accepts his challenge, and the main event for Bound For Glory is Samoa Joe vs. Christian Cage for the NWA Title.

-Also at Bound For Glory, there is a Gauntlet Match featuring Jeff Jarrett, Sting, Rhino, Scott Steiner, Monty Brown, Abyss, Brother Runt, Ron Killings, Lance Hoyt and Eric Young. The winner will receive an NWA Title shot on the next edition of Impact!. Ron Killings is dumped out early by Scott Steiner. Steiner no-sells The Pounce, eliminating Monty Brown. Abyss military presses Brother Runt into the crowd. Eric Young dumps Scott Steiner from behind. Sting and Jeff Jarrett brawl to the ropes, and Eric Young dumps them both out. Young is clothelined over the top by Lance Hoyt. That leaves Rhino and Hoyt as the final two men. Rhino Gores Hoyt for the victory.

-Samoa Joe forces Christian Cage to submit to The Choke to retain the NWA World Heavyweight Championship.

-On Impact!, Christian Cage and Rhino have some words. Cage offers to help his friend win the NWA Title, but Rhino says he wants to do it himself. Cage responds by cracking a chair over Rhino's head when he's going for The Gore in the match, which allows Samoa Joe to lock in The Choke for the submission win and successful title defence.

-I've just gotten to where TNA is, but put the NWA Title on Joe, and made logical sense with my booking.

You see the reason and logic behind all of this is very simple. TNA is clearly trying to direct the company is a certain direction. Let me explain...

According to storyline, Sting never wanted to win the title, he merely wanted to end Jeff Jarret. So he really has no reason to be angry at losing the match other than the fact that his friend turned on him. On top of that, if he started to feud with Christian instead of Jarret, that would kill any point to the storyline. It will probably end up with a tag match with Sting/Rhino vs Jarret/Christian.

Either way, who cares?
