Stars Wars Battlefield 2 is such a cool game... offline. Great LAN party game, like Splinter Cell, but ruined online with an archaic network system (no lobbies?) and 80% of games you find have 5 people playing and it still lags. Great game though. Space battles are so epic.

I was playing a space battle with my 10yo nephew on the same team and I had him manning the turrents and gunning down droid scum. He wanted to get out in space to dog-fight but I forbade him to get out there and hand the enemy points by getting shot down. Well he went out anyway. Long story short he ended up being the hero has he gained the final points needed by taking out their Comm Relay with a (lucky) missle strike. How... cliche.
