Don't know if anyone else just noticed this, or why it took me this long to see it - But with the upcoming NWO match, Angle vs. Cena vs. Show for a title shot at WMXX...

It means if Lesnar wins, he wouldn't be wrestling Goldberg. He'd be defending his title against one of those three.

Eddie Guererro is going to win the strap. Either that or Brock isn't going one on one with Goldberg. It's a matter of which one is more likely, and I think the first choice is.

As much as I think Guerrero deserves the belt, and as much as I'd like to see him win it, I say keep the belt on Brock until about Summerslam and have him go over a lot of people before giving it to Eddie. This was he would really look like a savior.

But yeah, he probably will win it at NWO.

I still say it's too soon to put the strap on Eddie, but the only way to redeem it if for the WWE to give Eddie a nice long reign. He has to beat Lesnar somewhat cleanly (i.e. Goldberg spears Lesnar, then Eddie hits the frog splash instead of Goldberg spears Lesnar and Eddie pins), then beat Angle in a long and hard fought match where Eddie goes over cleanly following a major spot (top rope something). He should then have another two or three months with the belt if the fans are to believe it. Make him a fighting champion, and that's how you can pull this out.

I think it's his time. He's as over as anyone right now, he has all the skills to be a champion and he's had em for years, and he just deserves this opportunity, just like Benoit deserves it on Raw. But I agree with Corkscrewed that they need to do it to where he looks like a champion and not just another guy Lesnar can destroy.
