Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, found an advance online. Pretty good, but not as good as Fallen. The slower tracks are definitely better than the faster ones (lot of slow tracks). Best songs are "Snow White Queen", "Lacrymosa", and "Your Star".
If anyone wants this, lemme know and I'll upload it.

Actually, IMO it was, I guess you could say "lighter" than Fallen.
Definitely prettier.
Lyrical content I can't really talk about too much atm, cuz I tend to not pay attention to them on my first run through.

"Call Me When..." gave me that vibe. I'll limewire the suggested tracks and if I'm down; I'll buy the damn thing.
Then I'll be (reletively) one step closer to fucking Amy Lee.

In a word: blah.
That new single is the best song on the album. That's not particularly a good thing.

To be honest, I thought the single was the worst on the album, not that it was really bad IMO. I just thought the rest of the CD was better.

See my avatar? Look at it. Do you know who that is? That is a woman is Cristina Scabbia, from Lacuna Coil. I'll give props to Evanescence, but let's face the facts. Amy Lee sure as hell isn't Cristina Scabbia.
Stack up "Call Me When You're Sober" right by "Enjoy The Silence" or "My Tourniquet" with "Heaven's A Lie." If you like Evanescence, you'll LOVE Lacuna Coil.

Lacuna Coil sucks.
Scabbia is hot as fuck though, I'll give you that.

Yeah, Lacuna Coil really isn't that good. I heard of them years ago, downloaded some shit and was like "Meh, don't see what the big deal is."

They're not trying to be Lacuna Coil.

Although I don't mind them either. My friend listens to them mostly. I don't see any similarities between the two so I don't get why people compare them.

Both the singers have black hair and vaginas.

People are retarded.
Lacuna Coil actually has more in common with Boston's alt act Tribe. That's not to say they're similar, but in terms of similarities, they're closer.
Evanescence was taken off my Zen because they bored me after a while. LC is still on there. I'm short a couple of CDs by them, I think. In any case, that's a preference of one group to another, not a comparrson in terms of their similarities. I like Led Zep more than the White Stripes, but that doesn't mean I think they're similar.
Also, I snagged a couple of live videos of LC, and FUCK. They're not that interesting live. Every time the male lead sings, I swear, he drags the tempo down.
I actually enjoy some Evanescence songs. But they're bubblegum pop: Pleasing, but you spit it out in a few minutes when the flavor's gone.
Back to the original point, there are some similarities, but they're very minor. The bands are similarly structured. They both play heavy music, despite their styles being horribly different. They're both female fronted. But anyone who tries to play up similarities between them is simply demonstrating how little attention they're paying.
