BAM! A rock falls out of the sky and crushes Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold, The Rock, Triple H, Undertaker, Mick Foley, Shawn Michaels, Kurt Angle, Kane, Ric Flair, Chris Benoit, the Big Show, John "Bradshaw" Layfield, Rob Van Dam, King Booker, Chris Jericho, Rey Mysterio, Sabu, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, William Regal, Finlay, Jerry Lawler, & Jim Ross.
Do you think the young, inexperienced WWE roster could step up and keep the company going? Or do you think they would crumble under the pressure and that there would be no more WWE?
To avoid confusion, lets just say after the untimely deaths of all the wrestlers that I mentioned that the WWE was forced to reunite the brands into just one & you have guys like...
Edge, John Cena, Batista, Randy Orton, Carlito, Jeff Hardy, Mr. Kennedy, Chris Masters, Rene Dupree, CM Punk, Johnny Nitro, Test, Mike Knox, Simon Dean, Lashley, Rob Conway, Paul London, Charlie Haas, Brian Kendrick, Jamie Noble, Sylvan, Umaga, Spirit Squad, Highlanders, Bashams & Cade & Murdoch to comprise of most of your roster.
Do you think they have the talent to keep the fans happy and the company alive?

He was crushed, but he lived through the tramatic event because he is the most controversial WWE Champ in the history of the WWE.

Vince would buy out all other wrestling organisations and do nothing with it to bring an end to professional wrestling.

1 of 2 things would happen, either Vince would end the company, allowing other organizations to step up, or he would keep going, enveloping all other organizations he could afford in order to keep fans interested with the lack of solid star power (other than Batista & Cena. Orton and Edge can't carry the company yet)

No rock is big enough to hold HOGAN and TRIPS down. Not even the almightly Chuck Norris could hold them down.

Thats a meteorite and one that big would probably disrypt network TV along with trading round the world, the market would no longer be able to support wrestling industry. If there was a wrestling industry left after the dust cloud surrounds the earth sending us into a mini ice age. Which is a shame because CM Punk would have a chance at being champion with that roster.
If there is a wrestling industry left Vince will probably fill time with more Cena movie promo's and another Diva search.

In all honesty, Vince would probably close down the company. I don't see him having faith in so many mid-carders / up-and-comers.

There was a meteorite, in a way, that hit the WWE in 93-94, which was called WCW. If you remember, it was around that time that WCW was able to lure a ton of WWE stars that they made at the time to go down south. That was Meteorite WCW, and the WWE was able to use new stars like Nash, Hall, Michaels (he was new at the time, even though he spent about 5-6 years with the WWE at that point), and then later on, Austin, Goldust, Foley (remember that he was new as Mankind at the time). They had to do with what they could, and they were able to make new stars.
Now, if a meteorite like that were to fall on the WWE now, I think they would go back to that strategy. Make new stars because they have to.

Cmon its Vince fucking McMahon we are talking about. He will do two things
1) He will have like a million tribute shows and he will sell as much t-shirts (ala R.I.P HHH) as he can or
2) He will call up new wrestlers and repackage them with the same gimmicks and the dead wrestlers ala New Diesal or New Razor Ramon
