"The Game" is a fucking dumbass. He knew that HHH had that tag first, but feels that he is allowed to take it and no one shold say anything.

No, he just responded "Fuck them."

Which is the same thing WWE does when they step on a trademark.

And I must add, how dare someone use a generic term in a field where it's not trademarked with impugnity? God Damn, I hope his family is eaten by sharks!

The WWE does have a record label, so they are in the market... if they ever wanted to release a Triple H album, they could have a legitimate market confusion claim.

Well years ago there was a Steve Austin album. Stone Cold Metal or some drek like that. It was music that Austin "listened to."

Releasing "The Game's favorite songs" album definitely could cause a problem.

I think that WWE are assholes, too, but that does not make The Game right. Anyhoo, him using the game should not be an issue, but if WWE thinks that it is, he should just go back to his old name, The Hurricane....Hum... anyone see a pattern???

He should just come up with something new.

Maybe...The Big Boss Man?

Yeah, a lawsuit over this is pretty lame...but I hate shitty rap and I hate the Game both for making shitty rap and seperately from my hatred for shitty rap, so I really can't decide what side I'm on over this one.

Assuming, of course, they could retroactively apply their trademark to recordings with a concurrent artist who is already using it.

Incidentally, "The Game" Is not a trademark, and according to WWE's active Trademarks, I would be able to cut a record as "Triple H" and get away with it.

If either party tried to trademark it, favor would almost certainly fall to the Game, not WWE.

I already released a record as Quintuple S

This would mean a whole lot more to me if I knew exactly WTF "The Game" meant in either case.
