NHL 07 or NHL 2K7

I was loyal to EA Hockey up until last year cause I absolutely hated NHL 06 cause it was too fast and unrealistic, so I tried NHL 2K6 and it was way smoother and more realistic. But when the 360 version of 2K6 came out it sucked cause it was way to easy to score goals, especially one-timers, so I dunno if 2K7 is gonna be as good as last year.

What do you guys think? Also there is no "other" option, it's either 07 or 2K7.

I had 2k6 and it was easy and the menus and presentation were god-awful. I have 07 and I'm loving it so far.

I heard NHL 07 was like just a roster update and really nothing else. Seriously, like they even added in about 7 new animations. But I don't have it, so I dunno.

Did they fix that glitch in Dynasty where you would play the same schedual every year?

Bought both for Old Gen, If I'm in the mood for acrade goal scoring I play EA if I'm in the mood for more realistic hockey I play 2k.

Yeah it's ridiculous, you cahnge like everything. Puck friction, player speed, effect of hitting, goaltending, shot power/accuracy, passing, like you could totally go from a sim to arcade by changing like 5 settings inthe same game. But w/e your money

I've only actually played the EA games since forever. How do they differ from the other games? I have NHL2005 and want a new game, should I go off the EA path? Will I enjoy jumping ship. Does NHL2k7 have actual rosters and team names and logos or does EA have sole ownership over that?

2K6 was so shit I returned it after 2 days. It is the only game I've returned it was that shit. So fucken shit. I had never played a 2K Hockey game before, only EA and I loved them, so I figured 2k would of been as awesome. But it wasn't. It was fucken shit.
I will probably get the new EA game though.
