Weather has been fucking brutal round here the past few days wouldn't fancy golfing in it getting the tail of a hurricane.Was meant to have a compo ticket for this but fell through on me a few weeks ago.

Europe retains. 16 1/2 to 8 1/2 right now with some of the singles matches still finishing up.

The 36th Ryder Cup at The K Club, Straffan, Co. Kildare, Ireland, will be played from September 22-24 this year. The Celtic Manor Resort in Wales will host The 2010 Ryder Cup; Medinah Golf Club, Illinois, in 2012; The Gleneagles Hotel, Scotland, in 2014; Hazeltine National Golf Club, Minnesota in 2016 and Whistling Straits, Wisconsin in 2020.

Medinah GC is about 20 mins from my place (there is no way I miss seeing the Ryder Cup in person) and Whistling Straits is seriously one of the most beautiful golf courses in the world.

Valhalla GC in Louisville is hosting the 2008 Ryder Cup.
