It's guaranteed that Eddie Guerrero is winning. Because otherwise if Brock keeps the title he has to face either Angle, Big Show or John Cena at Wrestlemania, and we all know that Brock is going to be facing Goldberg.

With Vinnie Mac and Heyman around, don't be sure about anything...

I still think Eddie will win on Sunday, but the normal WWE booking pattern is to have the person who is going over get beat down the TV before the PPV.

However, perhaps in this case they are trying to get people to really believe that Eddie can actually win so they'll order the PPV.

But, they could have Brock retain, and all kinds of things could happen. For example, as someone else mentioned a little while ago (sorry I forget who), they could have Angle win at NWO and Brock retains, then on SD after NWO, Goldberg gets brought over to SD and they have Goldberg vs Angle for the title shot, and Goldberg wins. That keeps the matches the same, just now Brock-Goldberg is for the title.

Another scenario could see Goldberg interfere in the #1 contenders match and acuse a No Contest, and then Goldberg somehow gets the title shot on SD after NWO.

But, like I said, I think because the internet pretty much has their plan figured out (or so we think), I think they were just throwing out a swerve to make us think, and also to make Eddie look stronger than he already does.

It's not always the case though. The last we saw of Cactus Jack before No Way Out 2000 was him being dragged in a cage behind a moving vehicle. Trips got the upper hand there, and went on to win the match at the PPV

I'm sure you can come up with one or two example that go against the trend, but its still fair to saay the majority of the time, the guy on top at the end of TV is doing the JOB at the PPV. I mean thats their whole booking philosophy, nobody can get over for more than a week, unless its HHH of course, which explains the WM 2000 deal.

Ultimo Dragon, Billy Kidman, and Shannon Moore should replace Jamie Noble, Danny Basham, and Ha Jamierdcore Holly from Velocity to Smackdown.

Sounds like a pretty good show seeing how the Chavo/Rey feud is heating up by bringing in Jorge Paez. Looks like the crusierweight match is going to be more exciting now.

Brock cutting a comical promo? I can't wait to see that.

I'm confused about Kurt Angle as of late. I know there's a possibility of a heel turn, but has he already had it or is he a tweener now? Angle attacking John Cena after the match is peculiar, along with the backstage assault.

It's good that Eddie has been made unstoppable as of late, it really gives him some credibility for the title match. Hopefully the writers won't screw up this opportunity for Eddie by having him job to Lesnar at NWO.

Angle could be very slowly turning heel. Which is the best way to go a lot of times. More believable.
